1. Nature of the service

The Wealthive HQ Inner Circle ("the membership") is a financial and investment education membership provided by Wealthive HQ, a brand of Achie LTD ("Wealthive HQ", "we", "us").

The membership is an educational service. It is not an investment management service, a brokerage service or a personalised financial advisory service. Wealthive HQ does not manage, hold or invest money on behalf of members.

2. Membership access

Your membership provides 12 months of access from the date your enrollment is confirmed. During that period, your membership includes access to:

• The included courses
• Educational resources made available to members
• Live sessions, where scheduled
• Session replays, where available
• The private member community
• Investment education and research content shared during your membership period

Access ends at the end of the 12-month period unless you choose to renew.

3. Educational purpose

All information provided through the membership, including courses, live sessions, replays, case studies, community discussions and other materials, is provided for educational purposes only.

You remain fully responsible for your own financial and investment decisions. Nothing provided through the membership should automatically be interpreted as individualized financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Where appropriate, you should seek advice from a licensed professional who understands your circumstances.

4. Investment risk

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of the money you invest. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Examples, watchlists, company analyses, case studies and any information about Achie's personal portfolio are shared to illustrate how investments can be analysed. They are not guaranteed recommendations and do not represent guaranteed outcomes. Achie may hold, buy or sell positions in securities discussed.

5. Account and access rules

Membership access is personal and intended only for the registered member. You agree not to share your login details or paid membership materials with anyone else, or to redistribute them, without our written authorization.

6. Intellectual property

Course videos, PDFs, recordings, research, frameworks (including the Wealthive Wealth Framework and the Achie Investment Analysis Framework), watchlists, educational resources and other Wealthive HQ materials are our intellectual property and are protected.

You may use them for your own personal learning. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, record or commercially exploit any of these materials without our written permission.

7. Community conduct

The community works because members treat each other with respect. You agree to participate respectfully and to follow the community guidelines shared inside the community.

We may remove a member from the community, and where necessary end their membership access, for serious misconduct. This includes abuse, harassment, fraudulent behaviour, unauthorized redistribution of membership materials or other substantial breaches of the community rules. Where reasonable, we will raise the issue with you first. As set out in the refund policy, all payments are final, so removal for these reasons does not create a right to a refund.

8. Live sessions

Live session schedules may occasionally change. Where a change is material, we will let members know through the community or other membership communications. Replays of relevant sessions are made available where possible.

9. Third-party services

The membership relies on third-party platforms to operate, including payment processing and course delivery through Nestuge, the community on WhatsApp, and video conferencing services for live sessions.

We are not responsible for outages or technical failures of these services that are outside our reasonable control. If you are affected, we will make reasonable efforts to help you regain access.

10. Pricing

Membership prices may change over time. The enrollment price shown on our website may change according to the stated enrollment schedule, currently every Sunday at 11:59 PM WAT.

The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of your purchase. Buying at one price does not entitle you to any other past or future price.

11. Renewal

Your membership covers the 12-month period described above. Renewal is optional and does not happen automatically. If you choose to renew, renewal is subject to the prevailing membership price at the time of renewal.

12. Refund policy

All payments for the Wealthive HQ Inner Circle are final and non-refundable. Please read the full Refund Policy before you join.

13. Limitation of liability

We work hard to provide accurate, useful education, but we cannot guarantee that every piece of information is complete or error-free at all times. To the extent permitted by law, Wealthive HQ is not liable for any investment losses or financial decisions you make based on information provided through the membership, or for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Changes to the membership and these terms

We may reasonably update these terms, the programme structure, schedules or included resources from time to time, while preserving the core nature of the paid membership. When we update these terms, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
